We want everyone to be able to browse, shop, and manage an Auto Ship subscription on primal500.com. Here is what we are doing to get there and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
Our commitment
Primal 500 is a brand of Player’s Products, Inc. We are committed to making our website usable for as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, and other assistive technology. We see accessibility as part of doing right by our members, and we treat it as ongoing work rather than a box we check once.
The standard we aim for
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the Level AA conformance target as our guide. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, are the widely accepted standard for making web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
We are working toward that target across primal500.com. We will not claim that every page already meets every criterion at every moment, because the site changes often and accessibility is a moving target. We do commit to keeping it a priority as we build and update the site.
What we are doing
As part of our ongoing effort, we work to:
- Build pages that can be operated with a keyboard and read aloud by a screen reader.
- Use clear text alternatives for meaningful images and other non-text content.
- Maintain readable color contrast and resizable text.
- Review new features and content for accessibility as we ship them, and fix issues we find or that you report to us.
Third-party content
Some parts of our site rely on tools and content from outside providers, such as payment, checkout, video, and support services. We do not control how those third parties build their interfaces, and their accessibility can vary. When a third-party feature creates a barrier, we will look for an accessible path to the same task and raise the issue with the provider. If you hit a wall with one of these tools, please tell us so we can help you complete what you came to do.
