Primal 500 is a DBA of Player’s Products, Inc., a premium direct to consumer food and supplement club at primal500.com with an Auto Ship subscription. These terms explain how the Primal 500 mobile messaging program works, what messages you can expect, and how to manage or stop them. By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

The program

The program name is Primal 500. It is a recurring text messaging program for members and prospective members who choose to receive texts from us.

What messages you will receive

Once you opt in, we may send you texts such as:

  • Account and order confirmations.
  • Shipping and delivery updates, including Auto Ship reminders.
  • Founding round openings and seat availability.
  • Cart reminders when you leave items behind.
  • Offers, news, and product updates from Primal 500.

How you opt in

We collect your consent through the opt-in forms on primal500.com. Each form uses an unchecked consent box that you check yourself, and the box describes the texts you are agreeing to receive. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We may use automated technology to send these messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the openings or offers that are relevant to you.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and depend on your plan. Primal 500 does not charge you for the texts themselves.

Get help

Reply HELP to any message for help, and we will reply with support information. You can also reach us anytime at support@primal500.com.

Stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation text and then stop sending you further messages from the program. If you want to start receiving texts again, opt back in through a form on primal500.com.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and your device, and message delivery is not guaranteed.

Your privacy
