Subscription & Cancellation Policy
How Auto Ship works, how it renews, and how to skip, pause, or cancel anytime. Last updated June 16, 2026.
Primal 500 is a brand of Player’s Products, Inc. This policy explains our Auto Ship subscription: how it works, how and when we bill you, and how you can change, pause, or cancel it. Auto Ship is optional. You can buy from us as a one-time order without ever enrolling.
How Auto Ship works
Auto Ship is a recurring subscription. When you enroll, you pick the products you want and a delivery cadence. On that cadence we automatically prepare a new order, charge the payment method you have on file, and ship it to your address. You do not need to reorder each time.
Your enrollment is clear and affirmative. We show you the cadence, the price, and the recurring nature of the plan before you sign up, and you actively choose Auto Ship to start it. We do not enroll you automatically and we do not hide the subscription inside a one-time purchase.
Billing and automatic renewal
Auto Ship renews on its own until you cancel. Each billing cycle, we charge the payment method on file for the upcoming order, including any applicable taxes and shipping, and then we ship it.
- Cadence: you choose your delivery cadence at sign-up, for example every 30 days, and you can change it later from your account.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the start of each cycle. There is no separate approval step for each order.
- Payment method: we charge the card or payment method saved on your account. Keep it current so deliveries are not interrupted.
Pricing and price changes
The price of your Auto Ship is shown at enrollment and in your account. Prices can change over time. If we change the price of a product or plan you are subscribed to, we will tell you before that new price applies to your next order, so you have time to review, adjust, or cancel before you are charged.
How to cancel
You can cancel Auto Ship anytime, and canceling is easy. You do not have to call us, wait on hold, or explain why. The fastest way is to do it yourself online:
- Log in to your Primal 500 account.
- Open Manage Subscription in your account dashboard.
- Select the Auto Ship plan you want to end and choose Cancel subscription.
- Confirm. You will see a confirmation on screen and by email.
If you would rather we handle it, email support@primal500.com from the address on your account and ask us to cancel. We will process the cancellation and send you written confirmation.
Cancellation takes effect before your next billing cycle. As long as you cancel before the cutoff for your next order, you will not be charged again and no further shipments will go out. If an order has already been billed and prepared for shipment, that order may still arrive, and your cancellation applies to every cycle after it.
Skip or pause instead of canceling
If you just need a break, you do not have to cancel. From the same Manage Subscription area you can:
- Skip your next delivery and resume on the one after it.
- Pause your subscription for a while and turn it back on whenever you are ready.
- Reschedule a delivery date, or change your cadence, products, quantities, or address.
Skips and changes also take effect as long as you make them before the cutoff for the order you want to change.
Refunds
Canceling, skipping, or pausing stops future charges. It does not, on its own, refund an order that has already been billed. Refunds and returns for orders you have already paid for are handled under our refund policy. If something is wrong with an order, contact us and we will make it right.
Notices and your records
We send order confirmations and renewal-related emails to the address on your account. Please keep your email and payment details current so you receive these notices and your deliveries are not interrupted.
