Welcome to Primal 500
Who we are, how the custom Auto Ship box works, and what order today, grill tomorrow means for your kitchen.
Primal 500 is a small, founder-led meat company built around one idea: the cuts you actually cook, delivered on the schedule your household actually keeps.
A box you build yourself
Instead of a fixed bundle, you choose the box that fits your table, The Single Primal Box, The Primal Couple Box or The Primal Family Box, then pick every cut inside it and how often it arrives. Prefer to try a single cut first? The open shop lets you order any cut one time, no box required.
Order today, grill tomorrow
Orders placed by 10 AM Pacific, Monday through Thursday, ship the same day and arrive the next day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday ship on Monday and arrive Tuesday. Every box is packed cold and ready for your freezer.
Where to start
Browse the cuts in the shop, or build your Auto Ship box and let us handle the rhythm. Questions about delivery days, packaging or your first box are answered on our shipping page and in the FAQ.
